My recent edit removes some of the previous information from earlier roadmaps that has been superseded, and adds links to the most recent roadmap from Analyst Day 2009. The Bobcat architecture diagram the last paragraph links to can be found under Chekib Akrout's presentation, though I can't link to it directly as it doesn't open unless you save the PDF first then open it locally. The paragraph concerning its possible cancellation has been removed in light of the recent roadmaps. 86.155.150.0 (talk) 15:29, 14 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

New Architectures[edit]

I added an entry for the E1-1200 and E2-1800. AMD doesn't appear to have any detailed information on these chips that I can find. Mikesteele81 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 17:14, 2 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

GPU architecture[edit]

As can be read here: Graphics_hardware_and_FOSS#ATI.2FAMD there are a couple of GPU microarchitectures, the latest being Terascale, VLIW5, VLIW4 and GCN (Graphics Core Next). It would be nice, if the architecture would be named in this and also in other articles, e.g. Jaguar (microarchitecture), List of AMD Accelerated Processing Unit microprocessors, etc. Semsi Paco Virchow (talk) 18:31, 27 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
