questionable editing

In this edit another contributor removed an entire section with the brief edit summary "copyright violation". The passage in question was properly cited. I think that makes it questionable to call it a "copyright violation". So I reverted it.

Could that section be re-written, to reduce the size of the quoted material? Should that section be re-written, to reduce the size of the quoted material? I'd say, "Yes, and I don't know". There is no question in my mind, that this excision was not a constructive way for anyone to address their concerns. Geo Swan (talk) 17:05, 12 July 2016 (UTC)
