bellows

"A Bindle is also a tool used to feed oxygen into a fire. It is more commonly known as a billows." Correct spelling should be "bellows."

I commented that at the time, but the editor who added it didn't respond. I had a dig around, and can't find any usages of 'bindle' with 'fire' that might approach this, or 'billows' for that matter; and no usage of 'bindle' and 'bellows' together. I've removed it. --Bazzargh (talk) 11:24, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

Reference to bindle and bindlestaff in David Copperfield

"The feeling with which I used to watch the tramps, as they came into town on those wet evenings, at dusk, and limped past, with their bundles drooping over their shoulders at the ends of sticks, came freshly back to me...." -- Charles Dickens, David Copperfield, Chapter LX (1850) — Preceding unsigned comment added by TwoGunChuck (talkcontribs) 05:14, 18 February 2012 (UTC)

Dictionary entry section

The 'Powder packet bindle in forensics' section reads like a dictionary entry, it's a second only loosely related related usage of 'bindle'. Suggest moving it to Bindle (forensics). OJFord (talk) 09:34, 22 September 2021 (UTC)
