I've been taking the liberty of polishing the English of this article, which is very good but not mother-tongue English. In one place I am not quite certain of the meaning, so before I reword it I thought I ought to ask if I have understood it correctly. Where it says "a translation committee was set up in 1911. It had its work ready 1933", does "it had its work ready 1933" mean "It had finished by 1933"? (If so I would suggest rephrasing this as "a translation committee was set up in 1911 and had finished its work by 1933.") UBJ 43X (talk) 07:55, 10 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
