This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (Bernard J. Quinn has already an article written that is accepted under the French Wikipedia. He is an important part of African-American history and especially that which relates to African-American Catholic history. He collaborated with prominent American St. Katherine Drexel. His work continues to be important to the New York child services. His founding orphanage became Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York. He ia also undergoing the beatification process, which is important in the Catholic process for sainthood.
