Cheese making[edit]

Removed from article, whilst checking for a ref. It was used for a while in the early 1900's as a site for the manufacture of Blue Stilton Cheese, this was carried out by a Mister William Nuttall, he also had a well known brother John Nuttall who made Stilton Cheese at the famous Hartington Dairy.
