Supreme Court?[edit]

The article states that Asante "provided expert testimony before the United States Supreme Court", without giving details. The U.S. Supreme Court is an appellate court, not a trial court, and thus would not be hearing testimony of any kind; instead, the Supreme Court works from the record of the trial in the trial court (and the arguments of the appellate lawyers). --Piledhigheranddeeper (talk) 01:56, 30 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
