Flop[edit]

An editor objects to this film being called a flop. Particularly objecting to the [intro calling it a flop, and does not accept that Forbes is a good enough source to say it is a flop, despite only earning slightly more than its production budget. -- 109.78.24.155 (talk) 17:23, 6 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • I would actually argue for calling it a flop, as more sources ([1], [2], [3], [4]) have become available that reference it as such. Disappointment is probably a good compromise, but it's generally referred to as a flop in more than one source now. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 08:58, 4 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

How is this not a flop? Half of ticket sales go toward theaters. Also, production budget doesn't include marketing costs. Practically speaking for a film to break even it would need to earn 2-2.5 times its production budget. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2606:A000:6351:6300:D5B4:E250:B0E8:EBB8 (talk) 18:16, 21 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Different Edits?[edit]

I'm just watching the film and finding that the plot as described is severely out of sequence with the version I'm watching. Same events, different order. Are there two edits going around? AKarley (talk) 12:01, 2 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
