Philip O'Reilly[edit]

This article states that the Irish forces were led by Rory O'More but O'Siorchu states that the Irish leader at Juliansown was Philip O'Reilly; can someone please clarify this. Inchiquin (talk) 09:38, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Aidan Clarke (2000); the Old English 1625-42, says p. 177 that the rebel leaders were Col. Hugh Byrne, Roger Moore (Rory o'More) and Philip O'Reilly. He gives the royal army as 600 foot and 50 cavalry; rebels about 3,000. I'll change the details in the box now.78.16.101.32 (talk) 20:55, 13 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
