Hi - hope this is the correct venue for response. Banking BPO is fast becoming a specialized field for lending services professionals - either a sub set of financial services BPO or sub set of Banking Services - I can update the sources to include additonal industry analyst coverage - OR - simply add this to the Financial Services BPO section? I saw a couple of other notes that formatting needed changing. This is my first full article post (versus edit) and happy to accomodate your criticism. Article title[edit]
This topic seems to be covered as 'financial services outsourcing' in all of the rather weak references. Why is it titled "banking BPO services'; is there a source for that as a common name? Kuru (talk) 17:48, 15 October 2010 (UTC)
