Propose merge[edit]

I propose merger with Payment Card. I believe "payment card" is the appropriate term. Not all payment card issuers or processors or servicers are banks, though most are. Stephen Charles Thompson (talk) 19:53, 20 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
