@Onel5969: I noticed the apparent copyvio too, but suspect that the source was copied from Dó paper, which now redirects here. I've tried to discuss the origin of the material with the editor who created an article from this former redirect here:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Ws227#bamboo_paper Vexations (talk) 15:41, 23 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Vexations, didn't know about the Dó paper connection. That makes a difference, so this is a cut and paste move, and this redirect should actually point there. Nice catch. Onel5969 TT me 16:20, 23 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
On second thought, the current target does seem to be the better one. Onel5969 TT me 16:22, 23 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Onel5969, I think what we could do is swap the two articles, the one with the history should be called Bamboo Paper, and the one without can become a redirect. A WP:ROBIN would accomplish that. Then re-add the changes made by Ws227. I can't do moves like that anymore, but you have the pagemover right, don't you? Vexations (talk) 16:27, 23 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Vexations, I don't think so. There are several issues I see. First, the Dó paper article is completely uncited, and has been for years, Second, Dó paper does not appear to be the same thing as bamboo paper. The former comes from Rhamnoneuron balansae, which comes from an entirely different plant order, Malvales, than bamboo's order, Poales. That second issue is what led me to believe the redirect to the section of the bamboo article was more appropriate. I'm also thinking of redirecting the Dó paper article to Rhamnoneuron balansae, since it's been uncited for years. But I can do a round robin switch if we figure that's the best course.
