Poor phrasing[edit]

Hi, I was reading through the entry and encountered the below. Obviously this is a poorly written run-on sentence, so I have tried to fix it in the article. Recorded here for posterity, or if I accidentally change its meaning (cite note just leads to a page inviting you to buy or borrow the book) 203.13.3.90 (talk) 03:53, 23 November 2016 (UTC) 'The suburb was further developed in the 1980s with the development of two sub divisions of Lakeshore and the Lakes Estate both becoming sought after locations with the development around lakes and parks attracting a high quality of homes with the median price of housing within the subdivisions attracting prices 75-100% to that of the rest of Ballajura many residents within the area wish the area to be officially renamed a proposal for this was opposed by members of the local council concerned that it would impact negatively on the remaining suburb of Ballajura.[4]'[reply]
