Difficult Employer[edit]

Can anyone find a source for this information? I believe some of these may be untrue allegations about the company.

Before I begin my rebuttal, let me simply state that although I do work for this company, I was not asked to create this article as part of any promotional campaign, nor was I compensated for my work in editing Wikipedia. I am not involved in the management or marketing departments of the company. I simply am a dedicated Wikipedian striving to cover, as unbiased as possible, a company that I believe has a presence in the midwest and deserves an article. I felt that I knew about the company and had close references to ask questions and get information from. I hope that this article is not deleted simply because I work for the company it pertains to. Would you check the background of every Wikipedian that edited the McDonald's article to make sure they aren't McDonald's employees? I think that would be a little too much. Therefore, I made all attempts to cover only what I could back up with references. I hope the Wikipedia community will consider the content of the article before immediately denouncing it as biased and deleting it.

Now, in response to the 'difficult employer' allegations on the article, I must say that I have never had a problem with missing employee meetings. I always check with my manager well in advance and notify him that I will not be able to attend. Also, I have never felt that these meetings were sprung on me last-minute. It has never seemed a problem before.

I was just wondering what references the editor who placed that paragraph could provide as evidence of this allegation. Thank you for your consideration of this issue. Genius00345 04:52, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
