This article should be retitled "Artemis" as that is the designation used by most workers in the field. Lfp98 (talk) 20:25, 2 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Artemis is no longer considered an exonuclease, and such activity is ascribed to failure to fully purify the protein. I have edited the function section to reflect this and am including the appropriate reference within this section in the hopes that somebody who know how wikipedia works can add it in: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2883643/ Also, I concur that the common use name of this protein is Artemis. While it may be categorized as DCLRE1C, I've yet to see anybody refer to it by that nomenclature. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.22.209.245 (talk) 20:37, 10 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Could someone with the knowhow/authorization change the name of this article to Artemis? Please? Higgyrun3 (talk) 21:14, 16 December 2012 (UTC) Done.Screen317 (talk) 21:35, 27 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
