Hello there! Reviewing tonight. Veera Narayana 04:59, 7 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • There are some places where citations are needed. Look for them.
  • The post-production section has got nothing really to talk about post production. It actually acquits itself well in the above two sections of the production.
  • Some minors here and there, though not compelling issues for a GA.

Solid work overall. I though it would go for a direct pass, but, there are things that needed to be addressed. Let me know ehen you are done. Veera Narayana 08:26, 8 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Veera Narayana Resolved your above queries. Sorry for the late response. Yashthepunisher (talk) 20:27, 14 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Created detailed Remakes table (on 7 October 2021)[edit]

Year Film Language Cast Director Notes
TBA Andhagan Tamil Prashanth, Karthik, Simran, Priya Anand, Samuthirakani Thiagarajan [1]
17 September 2021 Maestro Telugu Nithiin, Tamannaah, Nabha Natesh Merlapaka Gandhi [2]
06 October 2021 Bhramam Malayalam Prithviraj Sukumaran, Unni Mukundan, Mamta Mohandas, Raashi Khanna, Shankar Ravi K. Chandran [3]

Now the Remakes table looks pathetic in article. Rahulsoman (talk) 19:57, 30 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Yashthepunisher, Ab207 and DaxServer, your comments are appreciated. I personally don't like putting a remake's "main" cast in these tables since they are irrelevant to the original film, and border on WP:COATRACK. I put "main" within quotes because, unlike American films and TV, who all except the lead actor and actress form part of the "main" cast is subjective (many call the retired actor from Andhadhun and its remakes part of the main cast, I think it was slightly more than a cameo). When I create a section titled "Remakes", I normally put it all in prose, and the only times I mention the remake's cast, it's if the actors from the original reprise their roles or play different roles. Eg: Kalyana Parisu's remakes section. Kailash29792 (talk) 15:19, 31 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Table are efficient to present statistics and objective data but when there's a degree of subjectiveness, prose is the way to go. -- Ab207 (talk) 08:24, 1 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
