Removing sourced material[edit]

Stam and BGM, you are removing sourced material and POV. Could you explain? Otherwise, I would have to revert. Amr ibn Kulthoumعمرو بن كلثوم (talk) 21:47, 15 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The matter at hand, at least for me, is that you removed sourced material. As I explained in my edit summary, your edit served only to make the Kurds' guilt more clear - even though it already was very clear - and remove various interesting, sourced little details of history. At least, that is how I interpreted your edit at the time. Feel free to correct me if I overlooked something! Stamboliyski (talk) 06:21, 16 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
What material did I remove? I only added material and a new source. Amr ibn Kulthoumعمرو بن كلثوم (talk) 05:21, 18 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Wording check, please[edit]

The wording sounds partially "funny". I'm not a native speaker, though - perhaps someone can else have a look? Havlicek stole the ball (talk) 19:56, 21 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Amude change title[edit]

From article: "95% of the inhabitants in the town are Kurds" so if this is true it would mean the vast majority of people who live in the city call it Amude, not Amuda. Therefore it seems a good idea to move the article to the Kurdish translation. Thoughts? I don't see any justification for it remaining its Arabic title. This is not how WP works. The common name is still Amuda. Otherwise, we would have moved Prague to Praha, and so forth. Amr ibn Kulthoumعمرو بن كلثوم (talk) 04:38, 2 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
