Adding pics[edit]

i don't know much about this, however seeing as we've already got some in the external links section ( come to think of it, i've never seen that done in any other article - is that really the done thing?) it should be relatively easy to add one, sholdn't it? Amo 17:20, 19 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, well I got ithe message from Dave Navarro's one! I think the link pictures are copyrighted anyway. And also, I don't have them saved as documents. X pure evil x 19:13, 12 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

At this point in 2010, after a major U.S. movie release and the explosion of her popularity, there's no excuse for not having a picture. She's the 3rd-highest trending search on Yahoo! today. I don't know how to add them here, but I hope someone will - thanks, Nathan.

Kind of ridiculous. I think someone needs to add a pic already. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.35.35.35 (talk) 13:26, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Notability[edit]

I'm not an expert on notability, deletion etc, so i don't even know if it's worth saying this, but in defence of the article, Eve does fulfil some of the criteria for inclusion of "notable actors and television personalities who have appeared in well-known films or television productions" (which are multiple features in popular culture publications such as Vogue, GQ, Elle, FHM or national newspapers, large fan base, fan listing or "cult" following, An independent biography, Name recognition, Commercial endorsements). Admittedly she hasn't won any awards (i guess that's the sort of thing that would make me push to keep the page) but i've seen less notable articles on here...Amo

I can't see why this has been nominated for deletion, she seems like a perfectly reasonable entry to me. Hardly A-list celebrity but as the above user says, she has been in several recognised television productions. Tilefish 00:02, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

She just appeared on the cover of US Maxim which has a 3+ Million subscriber base. I think she warrants inclusion. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.112.186.190 (talk) 04:41, 25 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Film 2006[edit]

Not sure if it is noteworthy enough but Alice Eve appeared on "Film 2006 - Films of the Year" where Jonathan Ross reviews the years films (BBC).

personally i'm not inclined to mention it in the article. it was aregular celebrity guest appearance. she's done that bfore...Amo 00:21, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Quotes[edit]

Removed this from the article since a random quotes section isn't very useful:

  • "There is an acting gene that has been passed down to me by my parents. It's nature, not nurture." Alice Eve in interview with ES magazine, September 2005

Both[edit]

Both of Alice's eyes seem to be grey, as far as I can see. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.26.1.208 (talk) 14:11, 9 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

American citizen?[edit]

"She became a naturalized* American citizen on 16 November 2017."

She did not become an "American citizen". She became a citizen of the United States of America. A U.S. citizen. The USA is not America. The nomenclature is erroneous. America is all the continents. North, South, and Central America. Since these three continents are not all one nation, there is no such thing as an "American citizen". 208.69.184.110 (talk) 05:17, 1 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have amended it, although the Wiki page on denonyms for the US would suggest that it isn't strictly necessary in Wikipedia.Sbishop (talk) 09:08, 1 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I restored it. The IP is trolling. Jauerbackdude?/dude. 13:54, 5 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
