In my recent copy-edit, I wrapped the quote from Ephman in {{tl{quote}}, but I notice that it has embedded within in it pairs of double quotes, eg:
(I've added ellipses and bold red here; they are not currently in the article)

... these artists don't really care about fame." "So here's a nice introduction ... street art scene." "But the bestest ...

Possibly these indicate that this is not one continuous quote, but extracts from a quote. With no online ref to check, I can't tell. Perhaps it should be:
(In full, with changes in bold red.)

Ephman is a lover of art. What idiot isn't? However, street art is the most fun. On so many levels. It's temporary, so you better look now. Other artists can improve the original piece, or destroy it (sometimes that's better). There's this realness to it. Like it was put up just there to help out the environment. And the best part are for the most end, these artists don't really care about fame.... So here's a nice introduction if you don't already know of Mr. Brainwash, or ALEC, and the rest of the motley crew of NYC's street art scene.... But the bestest out of the bestest part of this medium is that you can become a part of it. Actually you are part of it, by just walking past, looking at it.

basically an WP:AUTOBIO[edit]

I've juts closed the afd, where consensus favored the notion of keeping this, but I understand the perspective that favored deletion because this article sucks. It is basically a collection of quotes, meaning the subject has essentially been allowed to write their own article. Needs a complete rewrite to conform with WP:NPOV.
