This page was tagged for notability but in this case WP:NATH highlights that an athlete must have finished top 8 in a multilevel competition that includes the Commonwealth Games or the European Athletics Championships. The Pan American Games is the double continental championships, and in this case it is not just a top 8 finisher, but rather a double champion.
