Support per nomination and likewise support creation of Adrián Martín disambiguation page which would list Adrian Martin, Adrián Martín (motorcyclist) as well as Adrián Martín (footballer). Support 1st agree there is no primary topic but no comment on 2nd per WP:NATURAL. The DAB page could be under Adrian Martin (disambiguation) since it looks like the film maker is primary for the title without diacritics (229 v 24 for the motorcyclist and 20 for the footballer) though since both non primary topics use the diacritics this title may be better.
