Apologies guys, didn't mean to step on toes and wasn't aware of a discussion on this. My point is that the format which should be used is the one which is used for all other by election pages and listed results being; infobox includes 9 highest preforming candidates by end result (or all candidates if less than 9) and also listing the full results by 1 prefs and not end vote.
