@Corvus tristis — do you mind double-checking the DRS zones for this race? As far as I know, GP3 didn't use the zone down the main straight, so I'm not sure F2 did. I'd check myself, but the British Grand Prix (and the F2/GP3 support events) is the one race that I make a point of not watching each year. Prisonermonkeys (talk) 08:49, 8 July 2018 (UTC)
- Whiting says that the third DRS zone helped in the Austrian F2 round, so I guess the third DRS zone used and for the British round of F2. Corvus tristis (talk) 10:49, 8 July 2018 (UTC)
- @Corvus tristis — GP3 used all three zones in Austria, but they only used two in Britain. I'm guessing they didn't want the drivers risking it through Abbey. I didn't watch the F2 races and I won't be watching F1 (we get the British commentary and it's barely tolerable at the other rounds; it's worse at Silverstone by a whole order of magnitude) so I don't know what the status quo is.
