Season break[edit]

We have always used the Entry Draft as the season break date for transactions on previous Sabres team season articles. Per a debate here it makes all the NHL team season wikipedia pages standardized and avoids confusion. Eric Ando (talk) 19:08, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

"Conditional pick" trade[edit]

I had to do some work to fix the trades table after a recent IP editor attempted to add it (good faith, poor execution), but I threw the "Conditional" pick in there. According to Tim Murray's press conference, [1] it is conditional on whether Ryan Miller resigns with the Blues at the end of the season (as he is UFA), and could be as low as 3rd round in 2016, and as high as 1st round in 2014, but I don't know if this information should be included somewhere or not. It's listed as a "conditional 3rd round pick in 2016" on TSN. I take that as it is a 3rd rounder with conditions, so list is as that... Piemann16
