Medal Counts[edit]
I'm not positive what the official WP ruling is on this, but should "unnoficial" medals in the 50's be counted on the WP medals tables? No, I don't think so. According to the Competition Handbook it says, "The 50 Butterfly, 50 Backstroke, and 50 Breaststroke events will not count toward the team scores, although there will be an awards ceremony for each of these events." Note it doesn't say anything about if the medals should be count towards the medal count but I think we should assume they arn't. The Competition Handbook also says, "A medal count will also be kept." But I can't find an official medal count anywhere.Philipmj24 (talk) 03:06, 24 August 2010 (UTC)
Perhaps maybe a small paragraph below the medal table the lists the winners in the 50 Butterfly, 50 Backstroke, and 50 Breaststroke could be good enough.Philipmj24 (talk) 03:09, 24 August 2010 (UTC)
United States records set at this event[edit]
Does anyone know why two U.S. records set at this meet (men's 50m breaststroke and men's 400m medley relay) are not recognized by USA Swimming? Patronanejo (talk) 02:51, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
