Rod Anderson's class points[edit]

I notice that Rod Anderson's class points (from Winton) are not included in the official formula3.com.au points table. Could this be because he was driving a Dallara F396, which would not comply with the requirement for a National B car to be "constructed in accordance with the FIA Formula 3 regulations that applied in the year of manufacture between 1st January 1999 and 31st December 2001"?
