Deletion of Moore and Siegelman.

I am deleting the opinion polls which involve Baxley v. Moore, Siegelman v. Moore, and Siegelman v. Riley.Byrdin2006 22:33, 7 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have taken the liberty of re-adding the pre-primary opinion polls. These are arguably of historical interest, particularly in the case of the Democratic primary, in which it is possible to trace Baxley's overtaking of Siegelman in opinion polls. At any rate, there's no reason for removing the data. -- H·G (words/works) 03:39, 12 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I corrected false information regarding Riley's rating. The false information claimed that the rating rose 8 points from June '06 to July '06. But, his ratings fell 3% from June '06 to July '06. There was no 8 point jump in Riley's rating from June '06 to July '06. See: http://www.surveyusa.com/client/PollTrack.aspx?g=8cff2ad1-8645-4f49-b1ae-f329b62c6bcd

What should I do?

Don't panic; deletions can take a little longer at Commons than they do on Wikipedia. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion (although please review Commons guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Commons Undeletion Request
