Date of reference[edit]

The reference cited for the date of the election is "Carmarthen Journal. 15 May 1983. I am not sure how a 1983 article could be used as a reference in this way, and am wondering if it should read 1987? Dunarc (talk) 23:52, 15 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
