wild claim[edit]

I removed the unreferenced claim that the wreckage was found and remains were buried. This claim is totally inconsistent with all the references in the article and has a powerful whiff of conspiracy theory. Any such claim needs excellent references.Paleolith (talk) 18:39, 8 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Nine minutes?[edit]

This page https://www.baaa-acro.com/crash/crash-douglas-c-54d-1-dc-skymaster-near-snag-44-killed claims that the plane crashed 9 minutes after contacting Snag, without stating a source. It is the first I hear of that 9 minute claim. Anyone know why they say that? Ds77 (talk) 07:38, 21 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
