Untitled[edit]

There are a lot of important information that are lacking in this particular article. First, there is no background information about the organizations in the Philippines that led to pursuing women to vote. In addition to that, information about the objectives of the organizations should be included to give a more reference. For instance in 1906, Association Feminista Llonga was created, and Association Feminista Filipina which was founded in 1905 and their objectives were socio-civic matters such as prison reform, improving the education, maternal care, and such. Another important fact I think should be incorporated in this article is the fact that the opposition for women's suffrage in the Philippines were not only men but also women. [1]

[1] Is this perhaps due to an influence of culture/religion? (Some women think that men should be the ones that should "be responsible" in politics...?) And lastly, the article mentioned the Commonwealth Act No.34, but does not further expand what it entails because the plebiscite vote was ratified by Commonwealth government National Assembly. Commonwealth Act No.34, which in long was called An Act To Provide For The Holding Of A Plebiscite On The Question Of Woman Suffrage[2] provides a list of rules and regulations for the plebiscite to happen. I think this would be useful information to incorporate into the article.
