    • Comment You should know that the tunnel on the left is the Johnson Tunnel, so this should be rephrased The eastern portal to the Eisenhower Tunnel and the western portal of the Johnson Tunnel along Interstate 70 in Colorado.. This suggestion caption is physically impossible. =-) I think you meant so say either, "the entry to the Eisenhower Tunnel and the exit to the Johnson tunnel", or possibly "the westbound Eisenhower Tunnel on the left and eastbound Johnson Tunnel on the right". However, I have never heard the Johnson tunnel mentioned in colloquial speech. Colloquially both tunnels are usually called the Eisenhower Tunnel. Dave (talk) 07:29, 30 April 2016 (UTC)

Temporary signage shortly after U.S. Route 666 was decommissioned, taken in Monticello, Utah

This image has been on the portal a few times. However, the image has always been as a thumbnail for when US491/666 has been featured as a DYK or selected article. The image is a nice image in its own right, and has never been featured beyond thumnail size. (It's on the portal now. It may even be better to wait another month or two and that's why I'm not proposing it for May.)Dave (talk) 16:47, 20 April 2016 (UTC)
