Passover Day I
Exodus 12:21–51 & Numbers 28:16–25
“It is the sacrifice of the Lord’s Passover, for that He passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when He smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses.” (Exodus 12:27.)

Exodus 12:21–51: God told Moses and Aaron to instruct the Israelites in the laws of Passover, and the Israelites obeyed.

In the middle of the night, God struck down all the firstborn in Egypt. Pharaoh arose in the night to a loud cry in Egypt, summoned Moses and Aaron, and told them to take the Israelites and go. So the Israelites took their dough before it was leavened, borrowed silver, gold, and clothing from the Egyptians, and left the Land of Goshen for Sukkot. God instructed Moses further concerning the laws of the Passover sacrifice in future years.

Numbers 28:16–25: God told Moses that every Passover, for seven days, the Israelites were to present to God the following offerings: two bulls, one ram, and seven lambs as burnt offerings; meal offerings; and a goat as a sin offering.
