Pope is an unincorporated community in Perry County, Tennessee.[1][2][3] The community hosts a volunteer fire department.[4] A now-closed post office opened in the community in 1886, and in the 1950s a school was in operation.[5][6] Pope is the Location of Starbuck Cemetery and Howard’s Chapel.[7]
