Jamrud Rural District (Persian: دهستان جامرود) is in the Central District of Torbat-e Jam County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.^[3] Its capital is the village of Cheshmeh Gol.^[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 9,651 in 2,133 households.^[5] There were 10,743 inhabitants in 2,697 households at the following census of 2011.^[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 10,724 in 2,783 households. The most populous of its 23 villages was Yaqutin-e Jadid, with 2,701 people.^[2]
