Jacek Piotr Jaworek (born 21 May 1969 in Częstochowa) is a Polish former construction worker who on July 10, 2021, in the village of Borowce allegedly killed his brother, sister in law and their 17-year-old son with a firearm after an altercation between them had taken place.[1] In spite of the involvement of 200 police officers, European arrest warrant and Interpol red notice, authorities were unable to detain him[2] and as of March 2024 his whereabouts are unknown.[3] Europol had put Jaworek on the "EU Most Wanted" list.[4]

On 14 October 2023, a corpse was found about 20 kilometers away from Borowce, where Jaworek committed his crimes. However after DNA test had been conducted police refuted claims that it was Jaworek's body and concluded that it was a separate murder without any relation to his case.[5]
