Description
English: Using the tried and true standard of a military Rock Drill, the U.S. Park Police in conjunction with the District of Columbia National Guard and other local and federal agencies, prepped for the July 4th Celebration at the DC National Guard Armory. Mark Adamchik of the U.S. Park Police explains the main focus of the effort, is to provide the necessary planning and securitry for a happy and safe 4th of July in the District.
