This was a postcard by E.C. Kropp Co., Milwaukee. Color, printed in the late-1930s, illustrating the flagship store at 8th & Market, Philadelphia and its architecture. Its purpose is to give the reader of the article a period view of the building to assist in visualization of its history. The store closed in 2006.

The image is of sufficient resolution for illustration, but considerably lower resolution than original.
