Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) Allow readers to see a controversial and memorable scene from the movie, one which induced a great deal of audience vomiting during its original run, and one considered the most accurate depiction of a medical procedure in a fictional feature film (performed by real medical personnel, including the technician, Paul Bateson, convicted in a murder several years later) as well as of historical interest since the procedure is no longer performed with the carotid tap as it is here, for themselves adjacent to reliably-sourced commentary about these aspects of the scene.
