Description
English: Posterior lateral line axons degenerate and regenerate after

transection. Embryos were injected with the HuC::GFP transgene and a single labeled neuron was axotomized at 3 dpf. Larvae were imaged with a 20X objective every 20 minutes for 12 hours after laser axotomy. Representative
