Description Simulated transmission using synthesized voice talent. Simulates a CCIR tone sequence from a mobile radio. Tones are real CCIR tones (code=042E1 or the equivalent of 04221) using the format's specified 50 millisecond (0.05 s) tone length with 50 milliseconds of silence between tones.
