Description
English: Development of the tracheal system in a homozygous γCOP10 mutant embryo carrying the genomic rescue construct Ω35-i17. Anterior is to the left and dorsal to the top. The tracheal cells express αCat-GFP. The images were acquired at 2 min intervals. Tracheal system development is normal. There is no dorsal closure defect.
