relevancy[edit]

creating this article because i see other cities and municipalities beginning to introduce their own rat czars. (tsar? tzar? what do we use here?) I know it is briefly mentioned in the NYC rats article but due to its news coverage and how other cities are introducing this into their government, i feel as though it may warrant its own page...though would love any feedback regarding this.
