From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Strategic Consortium of Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) is a global non-profit organization that has been operating for over three and a half decades. It is led by CEO Paul Santilli[1] and brings together a diverse community of intelligence specialists from business, academic, and government sectors. SCIP aims to provide stakeholders and the intelligence community with the tools and resources needed to leverage intelligence-driven strategies.

SCIP offers a range of training and certification programs designed to equip professionals with the skills required to navigate the intelligence field. Additionally, the organization provides advisory and consultancy services to guide organizations in implementing intelligence strategies. By fostering public-private partnerships, SCIP seeks to bridge the gap between various sectors and promote a collaborative approach to addressing critical challenges.

One of SCIP's notable initiatives is IntelliCon, an annual conference that serves as a major event in the intelligence community. IntelliCon attracts experts from across the intelligence spectrum, offering a platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and exploration of current trends and advancements.

SCIP's Affiliate[2] program includes organizations, institutions, and communities that align with its mission of promoting the strategic use of data and intelligence. This program supports a network of affiliates from various sectors, including academia, enterprises, government agencies, and social communities, all contributing to the collective intelligence expertise and fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration.

The organization also operates Intelligence Centers of Excellence (ICoEs)[3], which serve as regional hubs for knowledge sharing and collaboration. These centers address specific regional needs and challenges, facilitating the exchange of best practices, case studies, and emerging trends among local intelligence professionals.
