Society of Explorers and Adventurers is an upcoming American film written by Qui Nguyen. It is based on the fictional organization of the same name, conceived for the Fortress Explorations attraction at Tokyo DisneySea. The film is produced by Walt Disney Pictures and Maximum Effort.

Production[edit]
In October 2022, it was revealed that Qui Nguyen would pen a live-action feature based on the fictional Society of Explorers and Adventurers organization created for the Fortress Explorations attraction at Tokyo DisneySea and later introduced to other Disney theme parks. Additionally, Ryan Reynolds and his Maximum Effort production company were set to produce the film. The film was said to be unrelated to a Disney+ series of the same name being developed by Ronald D. Moore.[1]
