Comment: I'm a little iffy on this one. There aren't a ton of sources. One is affiliated, two are from the same publication (though different bylines, and one is quite extensive and completely about subject and his wife), the fourth is one I'm not familiar with. Sébastien Eric Lepinoy is a French chef.
Early life[edit]
Sébastien Lepinoy was raised in the Loire Valley.[2] He obtained a certificat d'aptitude professionnelle at CFA La Roseraie, Angers.[citation needed]

In 1991, at age 17, Lepinoy began working at the one-star Chateau de Noirieux in Briollay after At 18 he moved to Paris for his apprenticeship. After completing military service, he returned to his culinary career at the two Michelin star restaurant Laurent in Paris. He worked for Joël Robuchon's team at the three-star restaurant Jamin. In 2002, Lepinoy was hired by Le Grand Café in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Later career[edit]
Lepinoy was hired by Robuchon in 2006 as Chef de Cuisine at the two Michelin star Hotel Metropole Monte Carlo. He became executive Chef at l’Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Hong Kong in 2008.[1][3] He became head chef of Cepage in Hong Kong in 2010.[1]
Lepinoy became chef of Les Amis in 2013 after the closing of Cepage.[2][1][4][3] During Lepinoy's tenure Les Amis earned two stars in the first Michelin Guide Singapore and then a third star.[2]
Personal life[edit]
He is married to South Korean chef Olivia Lee, whom he met in 2014.[2] They have a daughter together.[2]
