Polly Starkie is a sports journalist, broadcaster and podcaster.

Early Life Starkie was born on the 1st December 2004 in Quinton, Birmingham. She is currently studying Multimedia Journalism at Manchester Metropolitan University[1]

Career Starkie founded the 'Noughtie Child Podcast' in January 2021, a podcast about women's cricket. In July 2022, she made her co-commentary debut in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy[2]

Starkie is a writer and social media manager for VAVEL Women's Football. In November 2023, VAVEL Women's Football was awarded Silver in the Football Content Awards 2023 for 'Best in Women's Football'.[3]
