    Currently you have a bunch of external links, and then citations [5] to [8] just hanging off at the end of the page. Qcne (talk) 15:35, 24 February 2024 (UTC)

Norwegian artist / painter Mona Stenseth

Mona Stenseth is Norwegian artist / paintress who uses art as a tool for self-discovery through the expressive use of metaphors and symbolism in her large-scale oil paintings.

Her curiosity for identity, heritage and folk art has shaped her expression with folkloric elements such as making new use of historical techniques from ornamental Norwegian rosemaling as a great inspiration. She is listed as a folk art school instructor at Vesterheim Museum.

In 2012, she founded the Norwegian brand Emmeselle[1] where she's published hundreds of nordic cultural heritage memories through the collaboration with retailers across Scandinavia and also the National Museum of Norway.[2]

She has also written two books;

  • "Minneboken – Norsk Nostalgi"[3] (Aschehoug Publishing House)
  • "Liebhaber"[4]
