Maniv Mobility is an Israel-based venture capital firm that invests in startups within the automotive, transportation, energy, and logistics sectors.[1][2][1] The company was founded by Michael Granoff following the bankruptcy of Better Place, the firm focuses on startups decarbonizing and digitizing the movement of people and goods.[3]

Maniv was founded in 2016 in Tel Aviv by Michael Granoff.

In 2017, Maniv invested $44M fund focused primarily on Israeli automotive technology.[4][5] Among the backers of the fund were Jaguar Land Rover's InMotion Ventures, OurCrowd, and Valeo.[6][7][8] That same year, IVC Research Center ranked Maniv the fifth active venture investor in Israel.[9] In 2018, PitchBook ranked Maniv among the top-ten active venture investors in Israel.[10][11]

In September 2019, Maniv invested $100M fund focused on global mobility startups.[5][12] Invested in the fund were the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, BMW, Lear, Hyundai Motor Group, LG Electronics, Shell Ventures, and Valeo.[13]

In November 2020, Maniv became the first Israeli VC fund to publicly invest in a Gulf-headquartered startup when it invested in the UAE-based Fenix.[14]

In January 2021, Maniv was named by Business Insider among the top VC firms investing in autonomous vehicle startups.[15]

In 2024, Maniv raised $140 million fund and launched a new office in New York City.[16]
