Comment: The majority of sources still seem to either mention Inter SF in the context of a tournament or in passing, rather than in their own right. I think before being approved, this article needs a bit more demonstrating the notability of the club in its own right, rather than just as part of the tournament. International San Francisco Soccer Club, commonly referred to as Inter SF and known as International San Francisco on social media, is a semi-professional soccer club founded in 2021 to play in the San Francisco Soccer Football League. Since its founding season, Inter SF has participated in the 2022 and 2023 U.S. Open Cup qualifying tournaments. In addition to competing in the league's Premier division in the 2023 season.[1], International SF will play in the first round of the 2023 U.S. Open Cup against El Farolito SC [2]

Foundation and First Season (2021)[edit]
The club was founded on 25 May 2021 in preparation for the following SFSFL season. The team finished second place in the First Division of the SFSFL, earning them promotion to the league's Majors division for the 2022 season[3].
2022 US Open Cup Qualifying[edit]
Inter SF entered the 2022 U.S. Open Cup qualification tournament in the second round, after receiving a first round bye. Inter SF won their first qualifying game against Real San Jose 4-2 to advance to the third round[4]. The team's qualifying run ended in the third round against Sporting ID 11, losing 3-1 [5].
Second Season in SFSFL Majors Division (2022)[edit]
Inter SF finished their season in the Majors Division with 44 points and a game record of 15 wins, 3 losses and 2 draws[6]. As a result of finishing the season tied for first place with the San Francisco Glens Reserves team, Inter SF was promoted to the league's Premier division for the 2023 season.
2023 US Open Cup[edit]
Qualifying Rounds[edit]
On 26 May 2022 Inter SF announced via social media their intention to enter the 2023 U.S. Open Cup qualification tournament and recruitment of Matt Fondy, who would join the team beginning in August. On 17 August 2022, the US Soccer Federation officially announced the teams participating in the 2023 U.S. Open Cup qualification tournament, confirming Inter SF as a participant[7].
On 18 September 2022 Inter SF won their first qualifying round game 5-0 against Marin County Union SC [8].
On 15 October 2022 Inter SF won their second qualifying round game 4-0 against Real San Jose[8].
On 20 November 2022 Inter SF won their third qualifying round game 5-0 against Davis Legacy SC[8].
On 17 December 2022 Inter SF won their fourth and final qualifying round game 5-1 against Battleborn FC[8], securing one of nine open division slots for the tournament proper in 2023[9][10].
First Round[edit]
On 6 February 2023, the United States Soccer Federation announced that International San Francisco will face El Farolito on March 22nd 2023 [11][12][13][14]. On March 8th, 2023, US Soccer published a press release announcing that the first round game between International SF and El Farolito would be broadcast by Bleacher Report[15]. The winner of this game will play against Oakland Roots SC in the second round on April 4th, 2023[16].

Stadium[edit]
Inter SF has designated the Beach Chalet Soccer Fields as their home stadium for US Open Cup qualifying games. A majority of SFSFL league games have taken place at the Beach Chalet Soccer Fields[18].
