Indus Music was a popular music television channel in Pakistan known for promoting local and international music. It was launched in 2001 and became one of the leading music channels in the country. Indus Music played a significant role in shaping the music industry in Pakistan by providing a platform for emerging artists and showcasing a diverse range of music genres.

The channel aired music videos, live performances, countdown shows, and other music-related programming. It also featured interviews with musicians and coverage of music events and festivals.

However, in 2010, Indus Music underwent a rebranding and was renamed MTV Pakistan after a collaboration between MTV Networks Asia and Indus Media Group. This rebranding aimed to bring the global MTV brand to Pakistan and cater to the evolving tastes of Pakistani youth while still showcasing local music talent.

Following the rebranding, MTV Pakistan continued to feature music programming alongside international content, reflecting the eclectic tastes of Pakistani audiences. While specific details of MTV Pakistan's programming may have changed since my last update, the channel remains a prominent platform for music and youth culture in the country.
